Mobile Notary Services

Mobile notary services are subject to a $30 trip charge that covers most of Greater Nashville, an additional charge of $20 for the first document to be notarized, and $10 for each additional document. Weekend services are available but may be subject to additional fees.
To avoid a waiting fee, please make sure signer(s), and if applicable, witness(es) are available with acceptable forms of identification no later than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time.
Signing Agent Services

Depending on location, Real Estate loan document signings are subject to fees between $100 - $125 per signing for Davidson and Sumner counties. Signing Agent services are available in other counties within the Greater Nashville area but may be subject to an additional trip charge.

For all types of notarizations, a valid ID is required of signor(s). Signor(s) will also need to sign document(s) in front of the notary, so please do not sign any document(s) before our meeting. Pre or post-dated document(s) cannot be notarized.
